Purpose The successful candidate will provide support to the Personnel Manager. This will include the capturing and maintenance of staff’s time and attendance, working closely with the outsourced companies to ensure accuracy of employees hours and maintain efficiency within payroll, employee queries and other ad hoc HR tasks as and when required.


• Relevant HR related Degree/ Diploma


• 1-3 Years HR Admin experience essential


• SAP knowledge an added advantage
• Computer literate

Skills: Communication skills – fluent in English

Job objectives

• Recruiting and staffing logistics
• Compensation and Benefits administration and recordkeeping
• Assisting with employee relations
• Scheduling of employees
• Reconcile hours worked to outsourced agencies invoice before payment is processed
• Submitting payroll summary hours to outsourced agencies
• Checking invoices before submission for payment and address discrepancies with agencies
• Check payroll master register for permanent staff in comparison to schedule submitted to ensure accurate capturing of hours for final payroll run
• Liaise with line managers and outsourced agencies on site in connection with discrepancies on payroll summary report
• Capture and update employee personal information
• Capture employee IR records on SAP( warnings etc)
• Capture employee training records on SAP
• Staff communication regarding training
• Deal with payroll queries accurately and timeously
• Assist with confirmation of employment
• Complete termination documents
• Maintain employee training records
• Perform any other adhoc duties that may arise
