Key Responsibilities
• Provide an integrated Human Resources Services across the entire HR value chain
• Interpret Human Resources policies and standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of staff throughout the business unit (BU)
• Monitor and enhance performance by ensuring the alignment of BU Human Resources processes to HR strategies and procedures
• Set and oversee the implementation of long and short – term objectives for the department
• Manage HR departmental resources (staffing, finances etc)
